In our continual search to streamline and simplify our interaction with customers, ASAP has embarked on brining together our various systems under a single platform. Today ASAP launches the first portion of that with the migration of our support functions into the WHMCS backed support desk that integrates into our client lists and will immediately allow for our technical and accounting staff to see related services that you have based on the email address that you submitted your query or ticket from!
Many more functions will be integrated in the near future including the ability to log tickets online, see your services linked to your accounts, subscribe to new services and much more.
